This study discusses how to formulate a system or model of budget planning, budget realization and accountability reports according to the needs of the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office through strengthening the budgeting system and increasing human resources at the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office to carry out Performance Based Budgeting (PBK). It is hoped that the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia can implement PBK so that it can improve performance in the field of General Crimes and Special Crimes which are the main functions of the Attorney General’s Office in accordance with the law.
