This guideline is intended as a reference for prosecutors in implementing adequate accommodation and handling cases that are accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities in the judicial process. Objective:
a. Realizing full and equal respect, promotion, protection and fulfillment of the human rights of persons with disabilities.
b. Optimizing the provision of adequate accommodation and accessible and inclusive case handling for persons with disabilities who are in conflict with the law in the judicial process.
