Policy Brief on the Urgency of Developing Policies that Provide Protection and Recovery for Victims of Discrimination in Indonesia

In this policy brief, Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) and Koalisi Nasional Kelompok Rentan Anti Diskriminasi (KAIN) present several points regarding the background and urgency of establishing comprehensive legislation to protect victims of discrimination, as well as to ensure the fulfillment of each person’s human rights as outlined in the constitution.
