Synopsis:

Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) in collaboration with the Foundation for the Empowerment of Women Headed of Families (PEKKA) with the support of the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) has developed guidelines for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Perma No. 3 of 2017, Prosecutor’s Guidelines no. 1 of 2021 and Perma No. 5 of 2019 with the hope that monitoring can also be carried out by various other institutions or civil society organizations. In addition, this guide is also expected to help identify challenges, obstacles, good practices so that it will strengthen advocacy, and can become input in the formulation of policies regarding the fulfillment of protection and rights for women in the future, so that policies compiled can be data-based and represent existing needs in society.
