Arsa is a Sociology graduate from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Indonesia. Arsa focuses on researches relating to access to justice by adopting the people-needs approach and advocacy on open government in the justice sector. Arsa possesses both knowledge management and sustainable program management skills. Throughout her work at IJRS, she has produced dozens of books in collaboration with other researchers, as well as writings for media and journal articles.
Several other programs that she has managed include, Legal Needs Survey of Vulnerable Groups in Indonesia in 2022 with the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights (NCHR), Monitoring and Evaluation of Judges’ Conducts in Handling Women and Children in Trials according to Perma 3/2017 and Perma 5/2019 with AIPJ2, Supreme Court, and Civil Society Groups, and Training on Women and Children: E-Learning on Perma 3/2017 and Perma 5/2019 for Judges at the Supreme Court with AIPJ2.
