Synopsis:

The aim of this research is to formulate a system or model for budget planning, budget realization and accountability reports that is in accordance with the needs of the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office by strengthening the budgeting system and increasing human resources in the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office to carry out Performance Based Budgeting (PBK). It is hoped that the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office can implement PBK so that it can improve performance in the fields of General Crimes and Special Crimes, which are the main functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in accordance with the law.
