The National Legal Development Agency (BPHN) held the Kick-off Meeting for Measuring the Legal Development Index (IPH) on Tuesday, 1 July 2025. As a key indicator in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), measuring the IPH is an essential tool for assessing the performance of legal development over a specific period.
Representatives from the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), IJRS, and ministries/agencies with data on legal development implementation attended the event.
“This is a logical consequence for Indonesia as a rule-of-law state, which must prioritize the implementation of legal development,” said Min Usihen (Head of BPHN) during the event held at the Moedjono Hall, BPHN, Cililitan, East Jakarta.
