Saffah Salisa Az-zahro, S.H. is a legal researcher and policy analyst with a focus on criminal law, the criminal justice system, and access to justice for vulnerable groups. Her work centers on producing evidence-based legal and policy analysis, while also contributing to institutional reform through her consultancy roles with the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian National Police, particularly in the development of internal regulations and criminal justice policies.
