Matheus Nathanael, S.H., C.L.D. is a researcher and a legislative drafting consultant, specifically in the field of criminal law policy and the criminal justice system. In addition to being a researcher regularly involved in legal and social studies, Matheus also partakes in various working groups for policy and legislative regulation drafting in ministries and agencies, such as the Supreme Court, the Attorney General’s Office, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), and the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs.
