It is hoped that this book will serve as a guide for Prosecutors/Public Prosecutors in carrying out their duties and functions better in handling criminal cases involving women and children as vulnerable groups in order to minimize the obstacles that have been faced by Prosecutors/Public Prosecutors in cases involving women and children, such as issues of procedural barriers, substance barriers, coordination barriers and human resource barriers which are considered to be obstacles for women and children to gain access to justice in handling criminal cases.
