Synopsis:

Legal aid is one of the pillars of access to justice. Through legal aid, disadvantaged groups can get justice like everyone else. However, half of the people in Indonesia are still unaware of the existence of legal aid that can be accessed free of charge. Online portals are considered to be a way to spread the existence of legal aid to a wider community, especially portals that have been initiated by BPHN and the Supreme Court. However, to date the existence of online portals for legal aid information has not shown optimal results. In an effort to understand the challenges and obstacles to the implementation of providing legal aid information through the online portal, a review of the online legal aid information portal was conducted.
