On 12 December, IJRS held a research sharing session featuring FHUI alumnus Abni Nur, along with students M. Bagir, Azalia Amir, and Dheliana K., who presented their research conducted under the supervision of Choky Ramadhan, Ph.D. (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, and Member of the IJRS Board).
Two research outputs were presented:
- a study examining the obstacles and challenges in the implementation of the pretrial supervisory judge (hakim pengawas pendahuluan) within the Indonesian legal system over time; and
- an analysis of detention-related issues in Indonesia using the ROCCIPI approach.
