On June 23-25, 2025, IJRS researchers were involved in the “Coordination and Synchronization Meeting on Restorative Justice in the Enforcement of the Criminal Code (KUHP)” organized by the Coordinating Ministry for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections. In this session, IJRS Program Manager for Access to Justice and Good Governance, Marselino H. Latuputty and IJRS Researcher, Aditya Weriansyah acted as moderators to guide the discussion over two days.
The goal of this activity was to formulate strategic steps for implementing restorative justice policies in Indonesia, receiving input from various stakeholders, including ministries/agencies in the legal sector, law enforcement agencies, academics, research institutions, and civil society organizations.
