Quo Vadis RKUHAP: Searching for the Ideal Model of Cooperation Between Law Enforcement Agencies and Check & Balances in the Pre-Adjudication Stage

The development of knowledge always arises from the clash of ideas and debates. To stay updated with the latest discussions on the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), on 22 April 2025, we organized a discussion titled “Quo Vadis RKUHAP: Searching for the Ideal Model of Cooperation Between Law Enforcement Agencies and Check & Balances in the Pre-Adjudication Stage.”

The objectives of this event were:

  1. To obtain a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the issue regarding the cooperation between law enforcement agencies and check & balances at the pre-adjudication stage;
  2. To contribute to and enrich the discourse on criminal procedural law reform;
  3. To foster a constructive academic dialogue culture between law enforcement institutions, academics, and society on the evolving legal issues.
