Dissemination of Research Findings “Assessment of the Implementation of Prosecutor Guidelines on Handling Narcotics Cases (Guidelines 11/2021 and Guidelines 18/2021) by Prosecutors in the Jurisdiction of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office”

On July 9, 2024, the Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) successfully held a Dissemination of Research Findings event titled “Assessment of the Implementation of Prosecutor Guidelines on Handling Narcotics Cases (Guidelines 11/2021 and Guidelines 18/2021) by Prosecutors in the Jurisdiction of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office”.

This study was conducted by IJRS in collaboration with the Republic of Indonesia’s Prosecutor’s Office, supported by the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) through The Asia Foundation (TAF).

During this dissemination, following the presentation of research findings by Siti Ismaya and Aditya Weriansyah (IJRS’s researchers) the agenda continued with a Discussion Session on Prosecution Guidelines and Disparities in the Application of Narcotics Criminal Law. Moderated by Andreas Nathaniel Marbun (IJRS’s Researcher), the discussion session featured 3 speakers:
