The Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates Guideline Number 1 of 2021 concerning Access to Justice for Women and Children in Handling Criminal Cases (Prosecutor’s Guideline 1/2021). The publication of the Prosecutor’s Guidelines 1/2021 is a concrete form of the Indonesian Attorney General’s efforts to provide access to justice for women and children in criminal cases.
