Synopsis:

The Policy Recommendations for Strengthening Legal Institutional Governance were formulated based on comprehensive monitoring and analysis of the Ministries and/or Agencies in the legal field. The monitoring and analysis were carried out with respect to the current conditions of nine (9) Ministries and/or Agencies in the legal sector, resulting in recommendations to strengthen legal institutions in the future. These recommendations focus on strengthening institutions such as the Supreme Court (MA), the Constitutional Court (MK), the Judicial Commission (KY), the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), the National Human Rights Commission, the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan), and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
