Indeks Pembangunan Hukum di Indonesia Tahun 2023

The results of the 2023 Legal Development Index (IPH) measurement recorded a score of 0.68, an increase from the previous year which stood at 0.66. This increase reflects progress in several aspects, such as public compliance in tax reporting, transparency of legal institutions, and ease of access to legal information. However, the report also highlights challenges that still need to be addressed, including improving access to justice for vulnerable groups, strengthening more inclusive legislation, and optimizing law implementation in various sectors. The results of this IPH are expected to be a foothold in designing future legal policies.
