Synopsis:

In developing the concept of access to justice, the Indonesian government collaborated with a civil society consortium consisting of the Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS), the Indonesian Legal Roundtable (ILR), the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI) and also with local partners in four regions, namely Somasi NTB , Bantaya Association, PBHKP West Papua, and LBH Pekanbaru. This collaboration produced a definition, framework and measuring tool that can show the access to justice index number in Indonesia to provide an overview of the condition of access to justice in Indonesia.
