The KUHAP has not been amended since its enactment in 1981. ICJR’s research on KUHAP has outlined fundamental problems in Indonesia’s criminal justice system that are no longer in line with global developments. To disseminate the findings of the KUHAP Audit, ICJR will hold a seminar to launch the KUHAP Audit Research: An Evaluation Study of the Applicability of the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code
