Muhammad Rizaldi is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia. He subsequently pursued his Master degree from the University of Melbourne, focusing on the same major through the ‘Australia Awards Scholarship 2018’. His interests in issues relating to Justice System, Disability and Trafficking in Persons lead him to be involved in several programs during his career at IJRS, including: Research on Inclusive Criminal Procedural Law Reform for Persons with Disabilities and Preparation of Draft Guideline of the Prosecutor’s Office on Appropriate Accommodations and Accessible and Inclusive Case Handling for Persons with Disabilities in Justice Process, all of them were supported by AIPJ in 2023. Recently, he is active as Program Officer for the program titled Reinforcement of Legal Basis for Indonesia’s Open Government with Bappenas and Ford Foundation as development partners.
