Siti Ismaya is a law graduate from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia Jentera. She has interests in issues relating to the Justice System, Gender, and Legal Empowerment.

Although currently acting as Junior Researcher at IJRS, she has been involved in myriad programs, both acting as Program Manager and Program Officer, including: Capacity Building Program for Women Community in Bangkalan, Jawa Timur by Studying, Using and Disseminating Law to Realize Access to Justice (2023-January 2025); Research on Implementation of Guideline 11/2021 on Handling of Narcotics Offense and/or Narcotics Precursor Offense Cases in the Jurisdiction of Appellate Prosecutor’s Office of DKI Jakarta (2023-May 2024); and Capacity Building Program for Advocate Organizations on Law Number 12 of 2022 on Sexual Violence Offenses (October 2023-July 2024).
