  1. Research Report
The Government of Indonesia collaborates with a consortium of civil society to produce a definition, framework, and measurement tool that can show the index of access to justice in Indonesia to provide an overview of the condition of access to justice in Indonesia. This access to justice index number is generated from the accumulation of several aspects derived from the results of previous literature studies/research which are also contained in the definition of access to justice by the consortium, namely: informal activities—including community capacities—according to human rights standards.” Until this research is conducted, there is still no measurement that describes the condition of access to justice in Indonesia as a whole. In fact, an evidence-based description of the condition of access to justice is needed as a basis for improvement and policy determination. Therefore, the measurement of the access to justice index is expected to provide an overview of the actual and measurable condition of access to justice. More can be seen in the Publications section.
