From 22 to 24 April 2026, IJRS researcher Siti Ismaya took part in a workshop on judicial review. The workshop was organized by the Indonesian Center for Legislative Drafting in collaboration with Dafi Munir and Partners. During the workshop, Siti Ismaya learned about judicial review mechanisms at the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, including the technical aspects of drafting judicial review petitions and litigation strategies.
As a follow-up, Siti Ismaya shared the knowledge and lessons learned from the workshop with all IJRS members. The sharing session, held on 19 May 2026, served as a knowledge-sharing platform to ensure that the knowledge gained was not retained by only one member, but could also be understood and utilized collectively by all IJRS members.
