Capacity Building Training for Advocates on Law No. 12 of 2022 on the Crime of Sexual Violence

On July 18, 2024 at Peradi Tower, Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) with the support of The Asia Foundation (TAF) and The United States Department of States – Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), has organized another activity “Capacity Building Training for Advocates related to Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence”.

Similar to the previous Advocates Training activity related to the TPKS Law on June 26-28, 2024, this training activity also aims to provide capacity building and professionalism for Advocates, as well as provide support and continuing legal education for Advocate Organizations.

This training activity was attended by members of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Advocates Association (DPN PERADI) consisting of 20 offline participants and 489 online participants.
