Arianda Lastiur Paulina

Arianda Lastiur Paulina is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia, whose thesis won the Best Thesis Topic award for even year 2022 from the Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. In addition to serving as a researcher at IJRS, Arianda is also a member of the Access to Justice Working Group (POKJA) of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia.

She is interested in sexual violence, vulnerable groups, criminal justice reform, and Open Government. Arianda has been involved in the Sexual Violence Law Training Program at the Attorney General’s Office and the Supreme Court Working Group, drafting the Academic Paper of the Elimination of Discrimination Bill, drafting national rules related to Open Government Indonesia, researching Penal Mediation and studying the impact of the 2023 Criminal Code on the RKUHAP.
