Gregorius Yoseph Laba, S.H., or usually called Yoris, is a law graduate from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia Jentera. Acting as research assistant at IJRS, Yoris has interests in issues relating to justice reform and he joins several programs, including: Victim Trust Fund under TPKS Law; Assessment of 2023 KUHP to Regulation of the Prosecutor’s Office and Regulation of the Supreme Court relating to Restorative Justice; Drafting of Code of Ethics of the Prosecutor’s Office; and Drafting of Regulation of the President on Open Government Indonesia. Asides from researching, he has keen interests in photography and filmmaking, leading Yoris to achieve the 1st Winner of Documentary Film Festival at the 2023 University of Toronto Sustainability Film Festival.
