Dissemination of Renewal of Criminal Procedure Law After the Enactment of Criminal Code 2023

Indonesia Judicial Research Society (IJRS) has conducted a study related to “Renewal of Criminal Procedure Law After the Enactment of Criminal Code 2023” which aims to identify adjustments that need to be made by criminal procedure law after the enactment of Criminal Code 2023. On July 4, 2024, IJRS disseminated the results of the study at the Royal Kuningan Hotel.

The purpose of this dissemination is to disseminate and socialize the results of the study to all relevant stakeholders, such as government agencies, academics, and Civil Society Organizations as well as to discuss changes that need to be made by the criminal procedure law upon the enactment of the Criminal Code 2023.
