The award was given to coincide with the 79th Day of Service of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights which also coincided with the \u201cInauguration of Village\/Legal Aware Village Appreciated by Panselda &amp; Paralegal Justice Award\u201d in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
