This activity was carried out to analyze the extent to which the implementation of this regulation has been applied, particularly to women undergoing trial processes. The results of this evaluation can be used as a reference to strengthen inclusive access to justice for women.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>We were involved in monitoring and evaluating the Supreme Court&#8217;s internal regulation No. 5 of 2019 on the Guidelines for Judges in Handling Marriage Dispensation Requests. Through this evaluation, we can identify the extent of judges&#8217; roles in the prevention and handling of child marriage cases brought to trial. The results of this evaluation can also be used as a reference to strengthen the role of judges in the future, contributing to the reduction of child marriage rates in Indonesia.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>We were involved in monitoring and evaluating the Attorney General&#8217;s Regulation No. 1 of 2021 on Access to Justice for Women and Children in Handling Criminal Cases. Through this evaluation, notes were obtained on the handling of women and children by prosecutors, which will serve as input for improving the regulation and its implementation in the
