Marsel finished his Master’s study at the Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Transnational Law. Marsel focuses on assisting government ministries/agencies, particularly in planning and budgeting, preparing development planning documents such as Strategic Plans, and formulating development achievement indicators. Marsel is skilled in operationalizing the government’s legal direction and objectives to align with community needs.
