    The purpose of the preparation of this guideline is to guarantee and provide protection for women and children in conflict with the law, especially by the Indonesian Attorney General’s Office. The Prosecutor’s Office as a state institution that plays a role in dominus litis or controlling cases is important in ensuring access to justice for women and children in the prosecution process. This guideline was prepared with the aim of regulating how the process of examining and fulfilling the rights of women and children from the stage of investigation and investigation to the stage of implementing the decision, where the process is carried out based on the perspective of the victim, and sensitive to the vulnerabilities faced by women and children. The guidelines also provide for a Pre-trial meeting, which will greatly assist witnesses and victims to prepare for the trial process. Not only in the examination process, this guideline also regulates the process and technical recovery for victims of criminal acts, either through compensation, restitution, and compensation.
