Muhammad Ad’har Nasir (Ad’har/Dahar) has been graduated from Jentera Indonesian Law College in 2021, with a specialization in Criminal Law. Joining IJRS in 2021, Ad’har is currently involved in research on the Execution of Recovery/Remedial Actions due to Environmental Crimes, Indexation of Decisions on Trafficking in Persons (TPPO), and Restorative Justice Competency Standards for the Attorney General’s Office.

While still a student, Ad’har and several of his colleagues had conducted research related to the issue of the Draft Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence (RUU P-KS), with the title “Questioning Criminal and Criminal Arrangements in the Draft Law on the Elimination of Sexual Violence.” The research was then published in the Jentera Journal (https://jurnal.jentera.ac.id/index.php/jentera/issue/view/5/5)

Outside the world of work, Ad’har is also one of the managers of the Nunukan Street Library and a humanitarian volunteer at the Coalition of Sovereign Migrant Workers.
